ASCA-Approved Massages
ASCA recognition is a Swiss quality label in the field of complementary therapies. It certifies that the therapist meets requirements in professional training, knowledge of anatomy, physiology and pathology, as well as in practical experience, ethics and continuing education.
ASCA-recognized treatments may be partially reimbursed by certain supplementary health insurance providers, depending on each insurer’s coverage conditions.
However, reimbursement depends on your insurer, your insurance policy, the therapeutic method used, and the therapist’s recognition status. We therefore recommend checking your coverage directly with your insurance provider before your appointment.
Please note: each supplementary health insurance provider applies its own reimbursement conditions.
Traditional Thai
Each session is personalized according to your needs, areas of tension, and the parts of the body that require particular attention. The massage combines targeted pressure techniques inspired by the Thai tradition, mobilization techniques, and work adapted to your body.
It can be performed with or without oil, depending on your preferences and the needs of the session.

Foot Reflexology
Plantar reflexology is a manual therapy that involves stimulating different reflex zones on the feet through precise pressure applied with the thumbs and fingers. According to reflexology principles, these zones correspond to different parts of the body.
